Day 1: Jaisalmer Pick-Up – Camel Safari, Jeep Dune Bashing & ATV Ride
The experience starts with a pick-up from your hotel in Jaisalmer and a short drive to the Sam Sand Dunes.
Your adventure begins with a camel safari, where each guest is assigned a camel with a handler. The 30–40 minute ride takes you across the golden dunes, giving you the chance to enjoy the desert in the most traditional way.
Next, the thrill level rises with a jeep safari. A powerful 4×4 takes you dune bashing, climbing steep sand dunes and making sharp turns. This 15–20 minute ride is pure adrenaline and one of the most exciting activities in the desert.
Finally, it’s your turn to take control with an ATV (quad bike) ride. After a short briefing, you’ll hop onto your ATV and drive it across the dunes for 15–20 minutes. The mix of speed, sand, and open desert makes this the highlight of the combo package.
After finishing all three activities, you can either return to Jaisalmer or add an optional cultural program with dinner at the desert camp, including folk music, Kalbeliya dance, and Rajasthani buffet.
